Sheila is a Technical Architect/Training Lead within the Avanade Learning and Development team, and has been working with CRM since 2010. Her recent experience includes managing strategic readiness initiatives to support various capabilities within the Professional Services industry, and she has specializations in Solution Architecture, Delivery Management, Capability Development, and (of course) Microsoft Technologies. In her spare time, she runs the Women in Technology International St. Louis chapter, serves the CRMUG as a VP of Programming, and is an active member of TEDxGatewayArch. In addition, she is an active runner and musician (though not at the same time), and is currently attempting the title of whiskey connoisseur.
